Just overall awesome

For my first trip ever to Florida, I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The place was beautiful and clean. And the location/neighborhood was top notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Great quiet place even with dogs it was quiet!

Great neighborhood, quiet street. Property allows dogs, which was what drew us to book. Even with all the other dogs on property, I never heard another dog bark!! Very clean and affordable.

Quiet condo on the waterway

Great location away from the crowds but still close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach. The dock area was especially nice to relax in the sun - all chairs, tables and umbrellas and lounges were there for our use ❤️ Joanna, the property manager, was especially attentive to our concerns.

A Little Slice Of Heaven

I simply cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay at this wonderful - extremely well maintained and appointed - property. Ideally situated a very short walk to Clearwater Beach and a myriad of restaurants. It exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Joanne&Lance - you are great hosts. And we are already planning a return visit in Feb of 2025 !

First VRBO

This was our first booking with a VRBO. I Have always been hesitant. But it was such a wonderful experience. Property was just as pictured. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ease of check in. We only needed a place for the weekend but are already looking for dates to come back for an entire week. We loved everything about this little place!

Great location and exceptional management.

Walking distance to almost everything! Very clean and well appointed condo. Great space for a couple’s getaway. I texted the management about a few minor damages in the unit and that I could only get one channel on the TV. The owner of the unit was in the area and came by to show me how to use the remotes. Turns out it was operator error 😂. Great place and great management. No water views, but shared access to the dock/patio area.

The unit was a big disappointment. Yes, it has been remodeled nicely but that does not overcome the lack of any view. Open the blinds and find the cars parked 4 feet away. No view of the water or anything else. This was not noted in the listing. The kitchen table had two chairs that were too short for the table and two stools that were too tall for the table. We ate at the kitchen island. The living room had a couch and it was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever encountered. The cable and internet was spotty at best. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and suitable.

Great Accommodations

The property was clean and quaint. 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to nightlife. I liked that the property provided beach towels and a cooler. Only downfall is that the lights kept flickering on and off in the bathroom and some doors/closets were hard to open and close. However, that did not damper our stay. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent little condo in Clearwater not far from the public access beach

This condo was clean, quiet, and had every amenity you could ask for. Very nicely done. Ground floor with front deck access to the parking spot. Made for easy unpacking / packing. Only problem was the fan did not work and there was not great airflow. It got a little warm, but still fairly cool for the hottest summer weather.

Terrible squeaky soft bed , toaster not working , stinky garbage outside patio , sweaty smelling couch .. did not feel comfortable as it was dark and dingy and the photographs did not match the property .. we left early

Great place with access to a pier in the inter coastal. We spent hours subbing and fishing.

Great Location, Great Price... terrible beds & couch

This was hard to rate! We did love so much about the property! It’s location was walking distance to everything but of course keep in mind it’s a good 7-10 min walk to the beach. The room is very clean. Had beautiful views. I had an allergic reaction to the bed sheets as of day 1 and on day 3 I contacted the owner and within an hour I had new ones that did not itch so I was able to sleep much better. The beds can totally be replaced, they were by far the worst and after a long day, you definitely want more comfortable beds. The same for the couch. It’s such a beautiful property but just needs some help with updating the decor. But I appreciated the property manager was quick to respond to our need and that helped me to get my over the uncomfortable bed. So we would come again if we new the beds were better. :)
