It has a porch terrace with outdoor dining area. There is a living room with sofa/TV area and interior dining area, and an independent fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed and glass sliding doors that open to the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed. They share a full bathroom with shower. There is an additional room with dressing area and with a laptop working space.The bungalow has been recently redecorated and has free high-speed WIFI. There is a private parking space for one car at street level. The Puerto Rico beach and marina are 500 meters away. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 1 km away and the airport is 35 minutes away.

The check-in was brilliant the best we have ever been to, you get the keys in a key safe and they send you a video of where to go to the bungalow. The bungalow was set behind the bus station and can be noisy at times, it is also up 35 steps to the door, the bungalow its self is quite tired looking it could do with a coat of paint inside. The beds were very good to sleep in but if there are 4 people staying there is only a 3 sitter couch and it lacks in cooking and eating utensils. Outside there are only 3 sun loungers, even if there were no stairs we wouldn't go back .

Perfect holiday

Great location in the center of Puerto Rico. Very quiet even though it is very close to the bus station. Lovely sunshine in the garden all until early evening. Well equipped accommodation and provided shower gel / shampoo & wash up items. Pool towels also provided. Wine, water & mixed nuts welcome pack. Well stocked book shelf, games & DVDs. Really nice, comfortable home from home. The lights went out in the bathroom but after sending an email the problem was fixed quickly. The sofa & chairs could do with cleaning, also maybe decorating. More information about access to the property with cases as it is on the second level so quite a few stairs to reach it. We were unaware of the pool access door until a resident told us. So leaving with our cases was fine by that exit.

A little tired !!

Could be an amazing little villa….. however….. the whole villa is showing signs of lack of investment. Kitchen lovely but everywhere else, plug sockets loose, skylight not working, door feels insecure, paintwork not great in places, shower drains very slowly, sealant around shower grimy. Grass on garden mostly hard roots. Water leak somewhere on patio. All such a pity. Could be beautiful with a little investment. Obviously just providing an income for someone so doesn’t spend much. 40 odd steps up to it but not a real problem and great parking space provided. Pool area is most welcoming and seems to have been refurbished. Enjoyed our stay though …..just !

Very nice accomodation

We were very happy with the Apartment. It was clean and tidy. Lots of ants but i think that‘s common for the area. 10 Minutes Walk to the beach, if you don‘t mind the stairs you have to take to the bungalow. Friendly contact, can recommend!

Lovely apartment

Everything you could possibly want is here. Lovely garden and terrace lots of room. Inside is really nice, very clean and nice furnishings. Ideal location for beach and restaurants. Ten minute walk to both. Few steps up to property which is a pain with luggage but easier going down.
