Beach vacation

Family of 5 aged 15-70 & we all loved our stay at Bay Breeze. We were able to walk to wide variety of shops, art galleries, restaurants & the beach. House was clean, beds were comfy & we had all we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this property!

Family Reunion

We all adored this sweet little yellow house. It fit our family perfectly. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful home in awesome location

This property was perfect for our trip to Bay St. Louis for the 4th of July weekend. It was clean and well appointed which made our stay very comfortable. Guidelines for our stay were clearly posted and easy to abide by. We could walk anywhere in old town with ease. I would stay here for future visits and recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a great stay in Bay St. Louis! Heather made the check in process very easy, and she was quick to respond to my messages. The house was plenty of space for me, my husband, one year old, and mother in law and it was very clean. The .2 mile walk to the beach was great! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

Beautiful, updated home within walking distance to the beach and historic downtown. The owner thought of everything when renovating this home! There is a park less than a block away, and the train going out over the ocean is amazing! We’ll definitely be back to BSL!

Perfect home!

Second time i rented this for my 95 year old son parents, their sitter and my sister! The most perfect adorable home ever! Has absolutely everything anyone would need during their stay! Beautifully decorated. Just overall awesome!

Perfect location and beautiful home!

We just loved every little detail in this little cottage! Everything you need with a fully stocked and we did not have to drive at all! Everything is within walking distance, the cute shops and excellent restaurants on the Bay! We loved this place and can't wait to return! Thank you Heather for being such a gracious host!

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time visiting Bay St. Louis and the town was so charming! The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything was fully stocked. We were able to walk to Main Street to enjoy the restaurants and even ice cream a few times! We had a few questions before and during our stay, and Heather always responded promptly. She was a great host and we would definitely stay here again!

Great House,Wonderful House

We were looking for an alternative to Florida and BSL is it. The house was clean,and just as you see it in the pictures. It's a short walk to all of the restaurants,bakery and the beach. No need to drive any where except the supermarket. We are already planning to return next year.

Just as lovely as expected!

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we came back this year and will be back next year too. The house is so comfortable and clean.Walking distance to the beach and the downtown restaurants. For us the only negative is the lack of cookware. Just needs some mixing bowls and a deeper pot for pasta,etc. Certainly not a deal breaker. Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very responsive.

Bay Breeze

Very clean. No soap for washing machine. One cleaning pod for dish washer. Only one extra bag for garbage. Could not find garbage can with 204 on it. Possibly put garbage in neighbors can. Not one “ How are you doing? “ from properly manager.

Perfect Location

House was very clean and organized. Area was quiet and neighbors were very nice. We rented a Golf Cart, but we could have easily walked everywhere we wanted to go, beach, shops, and restaurants were all very close.

Heather grew up in Richland, Mississippi and graduated from Richland High School in 1988. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Following graduation, Heather taught school for the Rankin County School District for 11 years.
Heather has been a real estate investor and property manager for over 20 years in both residential and land properties. She obtained her real estate license in 2014.

Heather is a licensed Home Stager/decorator.
Heather’s family is very important to her. She is married to Jerry Smith and they are raising three beautiful children. She is active in the community and volunteers at church and at school. Her hobbies include: reading, decorating, renovating homes, and traveling with her family.

Location, location, location!!!! The Bay Breeze is located 2 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from Main Street. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. If you don't want to walk a couple of blocks, rent a golf cart, because in Bay St. Louis the streets are golf art friendly! The Bay Breeze is also decorated beautifully with a coastal feeling and will be one of the cleanest rentals you will ever stay in.

I fell in love with this home when I saw it! It has the classic architecture of the early 1900's in the Bay St. Louis area with a touch of New Orleans. When I step inside this cottage I want to throw my cell phone away because it reminds me of a simpler time where people sit on the screened in porch and visit awhile! I hope you get this feeling as well!
