The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes, refrigerator, kettle, induction stove and microwave. The sleeping area is equipped with a single French bed for one person. The studio is reserved for non-smokers and there are: courtesy line, hairdryer, wifi and air conditioning. Inside THE B VILLAGE there is a small gym and a shared laundry room for guests to use. From the studio you can reach Fiera Milano City subway in just 5 minutes and the Rho Fiera exhibition complex in 10 minutes, without changing vehicles. Piazza Affari is only a 15-minute walk away, and a short 20-minute ride above one of the city's iconic and historic trams will take you to the famous Milan Fashion District. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. To access the gym, you must pick up the key at the reception.

Important: during the month of September, the building will be affected by internal renovations that will concern the two terraces (on the ground floor and on the second floor). For this reason, noises may occur during daylight hours.




City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights


Extra: CRIB € 30,00 Per stay (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
