Located just a few metres from the stunning Kiotari beach, Villa Kiotari Ariti is an ideal retreat for a serene beachside holiday. Guests can enjoy the convenience of sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the owners right on the beach. As one of only four villas in this exclusive complex, Villa Kiotari Ariti boasts breathtaking sea views, a charming garden with a lawn and children’s play area, and a private pool featuring a beautiful waterfall feature.
This villa spans three floors, making it perfect for families or group gatherings. The master bedroom on the upper floor offers panoramic sea views from its south-facing balcony, overlooking the pool and garden.
Just a short distance away, Kiotari village offers a variety of dining options, shopping, beachside tavernas, and cafes, ensuring guests have everything they need for a memorable holiday.
Please note that the Brick Built BBQ is shared between this villa and its three sister villas, in a communal area.
