Apartment with 14 beds, surrounded by greenery near Florence

An old farmhouse in a tiny hamlet built around the 18th-century Villa Ginori, on the “hill” of Rata, 600 meters above sea level, on a spur overlooking the Valdisieve.
The property includes several hectares of land, featuring an orchard where we grow heirloom varieties of fruit typical to the area, as well as a forest of oak and chestnut trees, where it’s common to encounter wild boars, roe deer, badgers, and porcupines, and to discover their dens and trails.
Thanks to its location, Il Bosco in Cielo offers the opportunity to enjoy, in complete relaxation,
a virtually untouched natural environment while also easily reaching Florence, Fiesole, and Arezzo, and visiting Mugello, Valdisieve, and Casentino.
Located near the Casentino Forests National Park and surrounded by a network of hiking trails, it also serves as a starting point for hiking and mountain biking routes.
The property consists of two completely independent apartments, each with a private garden and barbecue.
Shared amenities include a swimming pool, a large park, and a laundry room with access to a washing machine.
The property also includes two charming farm outbuildings: an old barn and a drying shed formerly used to make “marron secchi.”

The Istrice apartment consists of a large kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace and wood-burning oven on the first floor, as well as 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor.
This accommodations are ideal for families or large groups. The bedrooms feature high, characteristic sloping ceilings with exposed beams.
The furnishings are tastefully chosen and blend traditional Tuscan country style with a vintage aesthetic.
The house offers numerous amenities, including a dishwasher and a large oven.
Parking is available on the private driveway.
