On the ground floor entrance hall / cloakroom, meeting room with monitor / satellite TV and two PC workstations with printer and fax, large living room with central fireplace, satellite TV, Sky TV and home theater system, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to the garden, room with billiards, laundry with washing machine and dryer, main living room with large fireplace, satellite TV, sky TV, home theater system and three exits to the garden, large kitchen with floor hood, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American fridge with ice dispenser, up and down table, plate warmer, toaster and exit to the garden. Prices include consumption of water, gas, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).

Extra payment for air conditioning use is €1,250.00 per week if required. To be paid on-site.

Security deposit refund: From owner within 2 weeks minus any loss/damage.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
