On the ground floor, is a bright, open-plan living area, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, offering all modern amenities, two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.

The dining area opens to views of the stunning private pool, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.



On the first floor are two additional double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Pleasant but lacking essentially

The villa is suitable for families with smaller children. Nice pool, suitable for children Good pool service Flattering interior design - Croatian style 2 big tables outside Efficient air conditioning Generous space for playing and relaxing Nice view from balcony Very good BBQ Location, Visnjan, offers astronomical observatory, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, café and grocery shop nearby. Cleaning service: cleaning ladies cleaned the house superficially Arrival: we didn't find any essential items upon arrival (sugar, salt, a bottle of water, not enough toilet paper and trashbags..), although we expected it. Old refrigerator and too small for eight people. Two sunbeds were broken, the cleaning nets for the pool were very old, almost broken There are a lot of insects in the area, so insect nets on the doors and all windows would've been useful. Three tables in total, but only one old tablecloth. The washing machine had a water leak. The trash hadn't been picked up for a long time.

Thank you for your review and remarks, we will certainly consider them. However, the essentials mentioned such as sugar, salt, a bottle of water, not enough toilet paper, and trash bags are not included in the accommodation price. The villa is a self-catering property and toilet paper is provided for arrival, not throughout the stay, with trash bags. Regarding salt and sugar- many houses do not offer them because the owners consider the house needs to be empty from such things to allow the guests to purchase and have what they want. On the other hand, some owners do provide some sugar and salt but that depends on the owners' opinion of what the property should be prepared and what they consider hygienic. A bottle of water is not obligatory to leave. It is important to mention that none of the items mentioned were specified on the reservation and to avoid any misunderstanding it would have been great if youany other guests had asked whether these were provided. Regarding the cleaning- we were with you at the check-in and have not found anything that would point to the house was not clean enough. Of course, one can notice a lot more by staying in the house. In such cases, we are at your disposal and additional cleaning could have been provided if we were aware of it. We always emphasize that we are at your disposal, give our cards with our address so you can even visit us at our agency anytime and report any issue. We ask guests to report issues within 24 hours upon arrival if we have missed seeing something. Nevertheless, we hope you had a great holiday and enjoyed your stay at Villa Imagine.
