This holiday home is located in the peaceful cottage area of Sorthat-Muleby, just a short distance from the beautiful beach at Sorthat Rev. On the way to the beach, you pass through the forest, where you will encounter small man-made lakes and traces from the time when coal and clay were once mined in the area. The house features a practical entrance and utility room with sink and washing machine. From here, you have access to a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after an active day. The open kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, offering a bright, well-equipped kitchen, a dining corner, and a cozy lounge. A wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump provide warmth and comfort, while the large windows allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. From the living room, there are two exits to the spacious terrace that wraps around the entire house. Thanks to its design, you can always choose between sun or shade. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower and a stylish outdoor fireplace, making it an inviting space for relaxation. On the plot, you will also find a firepit for cozy evenings under the open sky. A parking space is available on the property. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
