A comfortable stay in the heart of Mondovi

A cozy, recently renovated 60-square-meter attic apartment in the heart of Mondovì’s historic center.
The apartment, which overlooks a lively square, offers distant views of the mountains surrounding the Granda River.
When staying here, you can leave your car behind and, by strolling through the streets of the city center, reach Piazza (on foot or by funicular).
And if, on the other hand, you’d rather explore the area around Mondovì, a short trip will take you to the mountains or the Langa region.
The location is ideal for trips to Turin or the coast.

The accommodations are located in the square in front of City Hall. We’re in the historic center of Mondovì Breo, at the foot of Piazza Hill. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find it hard to resist the treats from the nearby bakery or to enjoy a good cup of coffee at one of the bars on the square. The beating heart of the city, the neighborhood offers numerous shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal or a glass of wine.

There are numerous parking lots in the immediate vicinity (the closest ones require payment during the day but are free at night and during lunch breaks; if you walk a few steps further, you’ll also find free parking).
The Breo and Piazza neighborhoods (the two neighborhoods that make up Mondovì’s historic center) are connected by a funicular that offers breathtaking views during the ascent (your gaze will stretch all the way to Monviso). Piazza can also be reached by taking a pleasant walk along the old road that was used in the past.
Near the apartment, you’ll find stops for city and intercity buses.
The train station is a 10- to 15-minute walk away (just a few minutes by car).
The highway exit is about 5 km away.
