This cottage has two bedrooms including a king size double and a twin, along with a shower room. There's also a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a utility with a washing machine. a dining room, and a sitting room with a Smart TV. WiFi. fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, an electric car charging point and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs area only. A shop and pub can be found in 3 miles, and the coast in 0.1 mile. Note: Check-in from 5pm and check-out by 10am. Note: There are some steps between the dining room and kitchen. Note: There is a 3ft drop from the patio, please take care. Note: the property is on the side of a valley and there is no usual signal so the TV works through the internet so there is Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney available etc but not normal TV channels as such. Dolwylan Cottage is a lovely holiday home on the Welsh Coast.
