The Adriatic Sea is not far away and half an hour away you will find Civitanova Marche, with a luxury shopping area and a large number of traditional shoemakers. The region also has a large number of wineries.

The house is divided into 2 units and is on the edge of a small village in the hinterland. There is a dining table outdoors where you can enjoy your favourite meals. There is a separate washing room so make sure to carry light when on a vacation here!
