Highly luxurious Villa Mediterranea is simply going to take your breath away. Not only with its interior extended on 270m2, but also with an amazing sea view. Villa is in a small place called Kukljica on an island Ugljan, Zadar region, right in front of the beach. Ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with highly quality appliances, spacious living room with magnificent panoramic sea view and exit to the terrace, Wi-Fi, TV SAT; A/C. On this floor is one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and extra toilet. On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with a double bed, its own bathrooms and balcony with stunning sea view. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The second roofed terrace is at the back of the house with an outside dining area and BBQ station. Property is fully fenced with a garden of 1000m2, big heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outside shower and private parking. This beautiful and spacious Villa is created for a family or friends who want to enjoy pure nature. Pine trees will give you dose of Mediterranean peace and relaxation. Guests can make some daily trips to Zadar and its surroundings, which offer a excursion that will satisfy history lovers. The historic core of Zadar is more than 3000 years old. Note: Villa Mediterranea is not suitable for people with disabilities.
