Wine Not Apartment Como Centre by Rent All Como

Wine Not Apartment in Como City Center is a three-room apartment on the first floor located in the center of Como , in a strategic position and well connected to the main attractions of the city. Ideal for business trips or tourism, it offers a comfortable and functional environment.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Please note that access to the second bedroom is through the double bedroom, accessible from the corridor.
Wine Not Apartment is reserved for non-smokers and offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: WiFi, television, courtesy line, washing machine, crib, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and air conditioning. The house is entirely available to guests, in a clean and welcoming environment.
Perfect for couples, families or travelers who want to explore Como with comfort and autonomy.

This apartment was amazing! The location was perfect and amenities fabulous. This would definitely be a spot we would choose again and wish we could have stayed longer. The host provided excellent instructions regarding check in and provided an immediate response when we had an issue with a key. The maps provided and restaurant suggestions were very helpful.

This apartment was well located - if you want both proximity to the train station and the lake, it was perfect. It was incredibly clean, and much larger than expected. Communication was clear and prompt. Would certainly stay again!

Beautiful and meticulously decorated apartment

Lake Como visit

This beautiful apartment in the heart of Como was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and we needed for nothing during our stay. Highly recommend.

Just Amazing

Perfect apartment in the perfect location. Everything you could want from a holiday apartment - well stocked, clean, central location. Everything was just great and the hosts could not be more accommodating! I would 100% recommend!

Great location, modern apartment.

Great location in the heart of como. Downside is there was only one set of keys which made it difficult to coordinate getting in and out. The master bed is large but very uncomfortable (wouldn’t be a factor for short term stays).

Fabulous apartment

We had a wonderful stay. Como is such an enchanting town, with a limitless selection of great restaurants, and the location of this apartment is amazing. It's stylish, clean and comfortable, and we loved staying here! My only suggestions would be a) set the underfloor heating earlier before guests arrive in winter, as it takes a full day to warm up. and b) make it clear in the description that the 2nd bedroom is off the 1st bedroom and you have to walk through it to get to the bathroom. Great for a family, but for two couples it would be significant privacy issue. But otherwise I would strongly recommend staying here!

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Como

Schöne große Wohnung, teilweise wäre etwas mehr Licht wünschenswert (Reisezeit: Oktober). Ansonsten alles vorhanden.
