It features garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, community pool, and television with satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, German, French).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
