The Acapulco IV building is not only close to amenities such as restaurants and a pharmacy, it is also just a few steps away from the beach which includes a grassy area for swimmers, and just a few minutes away is the Mercadona supermarket.
The flat has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. It also has a living-dining room, a terrace of more than 10 square metres and a fully equipped kitchen.
Included in the price is also a parking space, dishwasher and air conditioning.
The building has two seasonal swimming pools open during the summer season, parking for bicycles, children\'s play area and parking on the surface and in the basement.
