Elegant and completely renovated Duplex in the center of Bermeo, just 5 minutes from Puerta de San Juan and 15 minutes from Aritzatxu Beach.
Our penthouse is built on 2 floors, both with a surface area of 40 metres, and offers all the comforts so that you feel at home during your stay.
On the main floor there is a single bedroom en suite with a private toilet, the living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, with access to the outside balcony, and the American-style kitchen fully equipped with the following appliances: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, oven. and microwave.
Going up the stairs we reach the first floor where we find the master bedroom suite with skylights that offer great light to the room, with a double bed and a complete private bathroom with a bathtub. In this room we find a small but ideal work area.
