This wonderful apartment is independent and measures approximately 110sqm.
It has beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, a spacious lounge/dining area with sofa bed, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, private outdoor table and parking for our guests, in addition you will have free use of the wonderful outdoor pool surrounded by a 5000 m2 park.
Barbecue and wood-burning oven available for our guests.
Featuring 19th-century furnishings, Villa Carniani is set within a large park located in the Belvedere area of Arezzo, right in front of the bus stop linking with the city centre, 4.5 km away.
Villa D'Epoca Carniani is a 5-minute drive from Arezzo train station, from where there are connections to Rome, Florence and Milan.
