Carmen - charming villa with private pool in Benissa

Villa Carmen is located in a very quiet area on the coast of Benissa, It welcomes us with charming panoramic views and some sea views. It is only 5 minutes. By car from El Advocat beach with a beach bar in the summer months. Other beautiful coves are found along the coast that are essential to visit, in addition to the ecological walk that joins many of them.

Supermarkets and restaurants are between 3 and 4 km away. The villa is located halfway between Moraira and Calpe, tourist places known worldwide for their beautiful beaches and landscapes to visit. Villa Carmen is all on one level, has gated parking for 2 cars, from where just a couple of steps lead up to a small terrace with a bar next to the private pool with sun loungers and a covered barbecue area.

Through the terrace, we enter the living-dining room with Smart+tv +2 x A/C units and the large fully equipped open kitchen. Two double bedrooms with A/C and a complete bathroom. Behind the house, we find a small terrace and garden area.

Casa bonita,poca limpieza

La casa es cómoda,pero tuvimos problemas con la piscina,la bomba de recirculación no funcionó en ningún momento y duró limpia los dos primeros días,el piscinero se presentó nuestro penúltimo día,tras hablar con la agencia dos veces...dicen que el piscinero pasará 1 o 2 veces por semana,pero eso no es así...nadie comprueba si todo está bien antes de entrar.El resto de la casa,limpieza justita,no dejan ni un estropajo como en otras villas que hay de todo.Lo mejor la barbacoa y la cocina amplia.Si decir, que turisol nos compensó por los dos últimos dias sin piscina,pero el dinero no paga el fastidio de no poder bañarnos en la piscina y cambiar nuestros planes de vacaciones.Nunca más con turisol,no son resolutivos.

Buenos días Sonia, Lamentamos hayan tenido una mala experiencia. Como ya le comentamos, el piscinero pasa una vez a la semana, dos si así lo considera necesario. La piscina, se limpió el día anterior a su llegada y todo estaba bien. En un principio creímos que había sido que la tormenta hizo saltar los fusibles, pero parece que fueron ustedes los que manipularon el cuadro de luces en un intento de conectar las luces de la piscina, que, por otro lado, no están disponibles. Si nos hubiesen avisado con antelación el problema se habría solucionado enseguida. Un problema que fue causado por ustedes mismos. Ciertamente, no necesitamos que vuelvan a reservar con nosotros
