All bedrooms have underfloor heating and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor, the remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two of the double bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with sun loungers, lounge furniture and stunning views. The villa has easy access and can accommodate 2-3 cars. A small sandy beach is only a 10-minute walk away and the port of Andratx with its numerous restaurants and shopping facilities is also only a few minutes away.
