Billy’s house I is an independent and fully equipped 3-bedroom house located in Kampos only a few minutes away from the picturesque village of Alyki.  Among its most valuable strengths is the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset that one can enjoy both from the indoor and the outdoor spaces of the house, as well as the privacy it offers since there are only two independent houses sharing 14000 sq. meters of land. Combining quietness with easy and quick access to the big centers of the island namely Paroikia, which is 10 minutes away by car and Naousa, 20 minutes away, it is the perfect choice for recreation and relaxation. In less than 5 minutes one can reach the center of Alyki and spend a day or an evening in the traditional taverns, restaurants, and bars and even enjoy a day at the beautiful beach of Piso Alyki. A few other beautiful beaches worth visiting are those of Lolantonis, Faragas and Piso Alyki , all less than 15 minutes away by car. For sports lovers it is important to note that the kite surf facilities of Pounta are only 5 minutes away by car.  

Entering the house one first encounters a large living room which eventually leads to an outdoor area of 250 sq. meters and includes a dining table and a cozy sitting area with direct view to the Aegean Sea and the island of Anti-paros. Next to the living room lies the fully equipped and very functional kitchen. The house has three bedrooms two with double king-size beds and one with two single beds, as well a large bathroom and a WC. All the indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to comfortably accommodate six people of any combination as it is perfect for families, friends, and couples who wish to relax and enjoy the beauty of Greek islands.
