Modern villa with private garden and swimming pool located in the popular village of Catalkoy, a peaceful residential area within just a few minutes drive from supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, beaches and various other amenities.

Villa Ivy is very close to Chamada Hotel & casino (Ex Malpas Hotel), 25 mins to Ercan airport & 60 mins to Larnaca airport.

We have a breakfast starter pack for you, cold water in the water dispenser and two complimentary bottles of wine.

The Villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms : master bedroom with en-suite shower, double bedroom and a twin bedded room.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and a downstairs shower. A cozy living room with a smart TV & free Wi-Fi, an open kitchen and dining area, and a private pool the perfect spot to cool down with a drink.

In the space under the stairs there is a washing machine & vacuum cleaner. Iron, ironing board, drying rack, is stored in the 3rd Bedroom.

Guests have access to the whole house, garden and swimming pool.
It is recommended that guests hire a car to be able to enjoy the local area, shopping etc....

There is a £200 security deposit payable upon booking which is refundable upon check out .The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Speed cameras here are Grey in colour and are always live. If
any accidents happen you must first of all call your hire provider and he will call the police.

House rules and lots of information about places to visit is in the Welcome Pack inside the house.

For your security and security of the property 4 X CCTV cameras are fitted outside the Villa. No audio recordings.
1 x Ring Door Bell on the main Entrance door.

Please note, with electricity being so expensive in Northern Cyprus,
do not leave air-conditioning units ON with doors open or when
you're out of the property.
