The apartment has its own access down from a concrete stairway outside. a small travel cot or 1 child's bed can be set up on request.

The south facing beach is a short down slope walk, which at low tide has pleasant soft sands and numerous rock pools to explore. The beach hosts a seasonal bar, bistro and water sports hire. A five minute drive to the beautiful fishing village of Looe, 10 minutes from Polperro, Seaton and Downderry all with beautiful beaches and lots of dog friendly walks, with many restaurants, pubs and cafes (we recommend you book restaurants early at busy times of the year to avoid disappointment.

There are also many boat trips from Looe harbour.
The monkey sanctuary is a short walk, there are many activities nearby Adrenalin Quarry, golf club easy access to Eden Project, The lost gardens of Heilgan and many other attractions.

Gas hob and electric oven a microwave, off the kitchen you have a large dining room which includes an 8 seated dining table a large sofa overlooking stunning sea views, with sliding doors to a large balcony area with undercover seating, which the whole family can sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful sea views and stunning sun sets.
The lounge enjoys a comfortable seating area for 6 people with large smart T.V. The front aspect window overlooks the sea, to the side is bi-fold doors again opening onto the large balcony, which you can also access from the dining room.
