The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom alongside 1 bathroom, distributed across its 2 floors. On the main level, you are welcomed into a bright living and dining area fitted with a panoramic window and direct access to a 4 m2 balcony, complete with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. The kitchenette is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into this living space. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, as well as a flat screen television. An open gallery area on the upper level provides 2 additional beds, each measuring 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan setting rather than an enclosed bedroom, specifically within the gallery area.
