Book villa Lyra for a stunning experience

We just spent a memorable week at breathtaking villa Lyra for a family reunion. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and the villa was very well laid out with high end luxury design. Bedrooms were fabulous with very comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms. We loved the communal areas by the pool and especially the 14 seater outside table where we had many memorable family meals. The views from the villa were spectacular. 4 outdoor speakers plus gas bbq plus plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Great location with tavernas close by. We all loved villa Lyra and created many special memories and would highly recommend for a luxury stay

Just book it ! Fabulous in every way

My family of 9 stayed here last week and quite simply the best villa we have ever rented . The service from the team at Lefkada holiday rentals from start to finish was incredible - our host Zacharenia was amazing at communication / recommendations and gave us such a warm welcome and check out experience The Villa surpassed all expectations it's simply superb so luxurious so much space and very well equipped and a perfect location to explore all that Lefkada has to offer - Elena a short 5 min drive away as well as Dimitris tavernas to try in a magical setting - we loved everything about it one of our best ever holidays !

The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and in a lovely location, and overall we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. However, there is one major issue that significantly affected our experience and, in our opinion, needs to be addressed — the water system. We were a group of 9 guests, and the water pressure in the showers was quite weak. More importantly, there was simply not enough hot water for a villa that is supposed to accommodate a large number of guests. After spending a long day exploring the island, you expect to come back to the villa and be able to take a comfortable shower. Instead, we had to plan our showers one after another, wait for the water to heat up again, and on our last evening there was almost no hot water from the beginning. This was very frustrating and unfortunately had a real impact on our overall experience. A villa designed for a large group should have a hot-water system capable of serving that number of guests without everyone having to coordinate shower times or wait between showers. In its current condition, we don't feel the villa can comfortably meet the needs of a larger group in this respect. On the other hand, we want to give a very special mention to Petra. She was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Every time we contacted her with a question or a problem, she responded immediately, tried to help and did everything she could to find a solution. She was friendly, caring and extremely helpful from beginning to end. In fact, Petra and the way she looked after us are the main reason we don't want to leave an entirely negative review. Our criticism is not directed at her at all — quite the opposite. She did everything within her power to make our stay better. The villa has a lot of potential, but the water pressure and especially the hot-water capacity really need to be improved. Fixing this issue would make a significant difference to the experience, particularly for larger groups.

Most incredible villa

We had the most amazing time stying at Villa Lyra. The location is stunning, overlooking a gorgeous inlet by the sea. The Villa itself was perfect, very spacious, beautiful layout and all of the bedrooms were seperate sections off the main area which made it great for privacy too. The poor was stunning, great loungers, eating area and bbq! The Villa gets the sun until late in the day too. The team were very communicative and super helpful. Location was great, right by Desimi beach where you can rent boats for the day (would highly recommend) and close to the town. Road to the villa is pretty steep and rocky, but a price worth paying! We absolutely adored our stay here and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Amazing stay

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa in Lefkada. Everything was perfect from start to finish, the villa itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The views were incredible, and the whole place had such a relaxing and special atmosphere. The hosts were also wonderful, kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. It honestly exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had an unforgettable time and would absolutely love to come back!
