Very cute ! Roxy was pleasant and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Her hospitality was exceptional!! I hope next time i come down her little villa is available!

Perfect!

I cannot say how great of an experience it was to stay at Roxy's Village. Everything was as advertised, both on VRBO, and in the reviews. Perfect for a couple. The amenities were abundant, and Roxy & Alex were extremely hospitable. Very nice people. Could not ask for better hosts. Unit was easy to locate and entry was seamless. I would definitely recommend this property to a single traveler, or a couple. Far, far better than a hotel room for a comparable price. Don't pass this one up due to it being a remodeled garage. It is done tastefully, and is very well kept. Would highly recommend and would return again if in the area.

Great people in a great location. Short walk to G.T Bray park. The accommodations were really nice and comfortable. Great for a single traveler. Felt totally comfortable and there was a really cool little patio for morning sun. Will be back soon..

Our host thought of everything! It felt like a cozy home away from home! We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! We will definitely book again!

Great little spot not far from the beach.

Roxy was a great host, leaves out a bottle of wine and has a cozy spot for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a nice Bradenton neighborhood. Would go back and would suggest. Bed is nice, space is clean and coffee machine was well stocked. Great experience!!

Darling & Cozy!

This was such a sweet little place to rest while in Bradenton. Charmingly decorated! AC works super great. This cozy little place was located in the same neighborhood where my mom had a house. Safe and convenient. Would most definitely book again when in town!!! Thanks Roxy!

Wonderful weekend at Roxy’s

My wife and I were in town for the Freedom 500 at the Freedom Factory, our stay was wonderful! Perfect size place for a couple, well appointed and very clean! I would definitely recommend the place and will stay here again if we get the chance.

Near friend

After frustrating attempts at communication with VRBO, we finally found our site. Our hostess was wonderful and very accommodating. Unfortunately, VRBO made it difficult because it was virtually impossible to reach anyone for assistance despite repeated attempts. Compared with Vacasa VRBO’s service is abysmal. We were so pleased the next morning at 6:30 to find that we were literally around the corner from our friend’s home (since we had to be there early for Easter Sunrise service).

Bright and Delightful

5 Stars! Great communication, plenty of amenities like extra coffee, a keurig, beach towels, extra blankets, q-tips, cotton balls, water bottles in the fridge and so much more. We felt well cared for, with all the attention to detail.

Cute and Creative Garage Apartment

We were happy to have selected this cute apartment. Roxy was a good communicator! Our mistake was arriving in the dark and not understanding that we had rented an apartment attached to (its a super creative remodel of their garage) a home. Once we made the move to open the gate and find rhe door, all was well. Nestled in a nice neighborhood, we felt safe both nights. Her amenities are GREAT! We recommend this apartment for 1 to 2 people. 1 parking spot was all we needed. Thanks, Roxy!

Kick trip

Very accommodating, clean, and cute little guest house perfect for a couple trip over the weekend. Friendly, safe neighborhood we could walk our dog. Let us stay 2 hours past check out for a late event. Would stay again!

Nonfunctional toilet for a newly remodeled Vrbo rental

Got to this rental around Friday 7:30 PM. Toilet would not flush, there was no water in the tank. The valve was turned on. Had to fill tank with water from bathroom sink each time I used it. Required me to refill a 4c measuring cup 5 times each time I needed to use the restroom. Saturday morning the toilet seems to be working again when I flushed it the tank filled with water. Later that day, the owners, had a pool party toilet seemed to be working fine. Sunday toilet water turned off again. Of all things to disconnect that’s not one that you want to do. I did not contact the owners although I should have, but I feel pretty certain they are aware of how their plumbing and pool pump and etc. work as the nature of the owners business is home inspections. Not sure if I will stay here again.

Relaxing

My boyfriend and I stayed for a few nights and loved it! Roxy and her family are very kind and easy to communicate with. Roxy spent a lot of time making the apartment comfortable and relaxing; her attention to small details did not go unnoticed!

No Worries

Roxy and Alex have a nice apartment to rent, good for a couple or two people. The bed was very comfortable, nice kitchen, two TVs and everything you need. Patio could use some shade. Nice folks - very friendly.

Excellent place for my son and girlfriend to stay while visiting us on AMI. Minutes from the island and very clean with everything they needed.
