3 bedroomed sea view house overlooking Kenmare Bay Estuary

Facing directly towards the Kenmare Bay Estuary, close to the water's edge, 39 Inbhear Sceine offers the most beautiful sea views. It is part of a small, immaculately kept group of homes just a 15 minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. In front of the house is a lovely grassed area with picnic benches so you can take your lunch al fresco and enjoy your stunning setting. 

THE ACCOMMODATION
Inbhear Sceine 39 is a bright modern and airy three bedroom holiday home which can accommodate up to 6 people in one double bedroom (ensuite) and two twin bedrooms. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. Each of the bedrooms has more than adequate storage space.
The open plan living, dining, kitchen is particularly comfortable and has been stylishly furnished with all your comforts in mind. The house has recently been fitted with fabulous new glass patio doors which allow full views out towards the bay. There is a TV and electric fireplace and wifi is available free of charge to our guests.
The kitchen has been fitted with all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you would require. There is a utility room which is home to the washer/dryer.
The house is heated with electric heaters. Bed linen and towels are provided for our guests but we recommend you bring along additional towels if you plan on going sea swimming or heading to the beach.
There is private parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RECREATION VEHICLES (RV'S) SUCH AS MOTORHOMES, CARAVANS ETC WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
