The water problems were fixed by the second day of these guests arrival. In fact, the plumber gave her his phone number to call at any time if further issues arise. We immediately address problems when the guests report to us. These accusations are not just inaccurate but plainly false. Our breakfast is prepared daily with freshly cut fruits and freshly prepared pancakes and toast. On the opposite, we have received raving reviews by our guests on the breakfast and accommodations. This guest is two faced, she manipulates us with the aims of her private life. We believe that the Sabine guests turned their anger and frustrations on us because of their private love affairs with the local Maasai men from the beach. We did not allow them to bring in their Maasai lovers inside our property. We have strict security policy and no one from outside is allowed in our property. The guests poured their jilted love grievances to our cook who was serving them breakfast every morning but not once mentioned to him about house problems. According to our housekeepers after breakfast, every day, the guests went out to the beach and spent the entire day with their Maasai beach boys for all 14 days they were there. At night the guests went out until over midnight to party with the Maasai and on several occasions one of our housekeeper had to stay until 2 am to guard the beach gate until the guests returned. Once again, we believe that Sabine’s review is the result of her jilted Maasai love affair

We are delighted to hear you have enjoyed your stay at our villa and appreciated the location right on the beach and our helpful staff. A point of reference, the ocean tides change 4 times in 12 hours during day and night. At low tide the ocean retreats slowly back to the reef and at high tide the waves come at first a little strong and then start to retreat. It’s all about timing. My favorite swim time is the lull time between tides or the low tide like a pool. Thank you for appreciation and for being such wonderful guests.

In response to Chilli review: You stayed only 3 nights, each day you left in the morning and came back at night at the property (Not to mention, your cancelation and refunds of your 3 day reservation preceding your travel, a big to do about nothing) Mishap is a one time not permanent occurrence Continental breakfast doesn’t include honey (even first class hotels do not serve honey) You did not see the beauty of our property being blinded by the absence of honey The bungalows are not “villas” Next time I will personally buy you a big bottle of honey if you cannot afford to buy one yourself Our primary goal is to serve our guests with utmost care and make their stay most enjoyable and happy Finally, we are proud of our beautiful villa, our two spacious bungalows, lush tropical garden, gated private beach, tranquility and privacy, all right on the beach. We are the property the German TV film production company to shoot their film “Dream Lover” Since 2008 the start of our rental, we have had many returning guests mostly from Europe We are grateful to our guests who have appreciated our service and our property rather then trying to destroy us. We don’t understand people like you who try to destroy other peoples lives? Life is hard as it is. Hope you sleep well after your achievement.
