3 Major Terrace is a Victorian terrace house resting in Seaton, Devon and can sleep twelve guests in six bedrooms.

Amenities: Gas heating. Gas oven, electric oven, 2 x induction hob, 2 x microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, Blu-Ray player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed walled rear garden with astro turf lawn and decking with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note:
A maximum of one dog is accepted. Note: Welcome hamper on arrival. Note: Property set over four floors, not suitable for those with mobility issues and please ensure young children are supervised. Note: Electric car charging port available. Note: The parking spaces are not suitable for commercial vehicles

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Superb

Superb place to stay. Property was as listed, nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Ideal location to explore the south coast either on foot or by car.

New Year family get together.

I was a lovely house, but with a few minor niggles. The main one was that the heating was off, and it took us two days to work out how to make it come on! We put it back to the frost setting when we left.There wasn't a hand towel in the toilet on the first floor, or in the kitchen, so we put hand towels from the bedrooms in there.When we came to leave only the downstairs double room had the piece of paper with instructions for what to do with the bed linen. We couldn't find any clear plastic bags to put the towels in.Finally, we had three cars, and can't understand why there isn't parking for three when the house holds twelve people. If the two wooden posts at the end of the path at the front of the property weren't there, then three cars Could park.
