This modern apartment is set in the just 10 minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa center and beaches. The apartment is very bright, cozy and has been furnished to a high standard to offer a maximum comfort to its guests. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all you need during your stay, open plan dining & living area with a Smart TV and a large sofa. The bedrooms offer one double bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom 2 single beds. This apartment also features 2 ensuite bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and shower). The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The balcony is ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco watching the sunset . As a great bonus for hot summer days it offers a community swimming pool. Another wonderful addition to this apartment is its 85m2 private rooftop terrace.

Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).



In line with local energy saving initiatives, all air conditioning units are on a timer to ensure that you have air conditioning in the middle of the day and throughout the night.

A lovely comfortable apartment

This is our second visit to this apartment. It is modern and furnished well. Within a few minutes walk of the beach, bars and restaurants. Also close to a large supermarket. The property managers were very helpful.

Puerto Pollensa STay

The apartment is large enough for 3 to 4 people, with a well-appointed kitchen and good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lovely thing about the apartment is its exclusive rooftop patio which is very large and has 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing. The location is only 5-10 minutes from the beach and it is close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and even the actual port. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the apartment.

Gorgeous apartment with pool and perfect location

Such a nice space, perfectly located for access to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lovely cool down pool which is quiet and well maintained. Close to the roads for hire car fun and within walking distance of all amenities. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfy beds and all mod cons. The jewel in the crown being the roof terrace for the stunning sunsets across the Tramuntana mountains. Wish we could go back right now!
