Comfortable 65 m² accommodation, located on the beachfront, with sea views.

It is located in the city center of “Peñiscola”, 20 m from the “Interurban/National” bus station, 50 m from the sandy beach “Playa Sur”, 200 m from the “Consum” supermarket, 200 m from the “Capricho” restaurant, 3 km from the rock beach “Raco Calent”, 4 km from the “Acualandia” water park, 5 km from the “Sierra de Irta Natural Park”, 10 km from the train station “Benicarlo/Peñiscola”, 50 km from the golf course “Panoramica””, 50 km from “Castellon” airport, 100 km from the “Port Aventura” amusement park and is located in a lively area next to the sea.

The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.

Lo unico que vale del apartamento es la terraza por las vistas, aunque de 5 hamacas que había, 4 estaban partidas, cocina vieja, muebles viejos tanto en salon como en habitaciones, sillones de comedor del año catapum vestidos con dos mantas..... En fin, estaria muy bien si estuviera reformado, o simplemente lavarle la cara y mas limpieza.

Ubicación perfecta

Nos encanta la ubicación por eso es el segundo año que alquilamos el mismo apartamento La cocina tanto las cacerolas como los tenededores y platos no estaban limpios, yo entiendo que somos muchos pero habría que tener una limpieza general de eso cada cierto tiempo. Al menos dejarte un mechero para la primera comida ya que es de gas. Una reforma de la cocina no le vendría mal La puerta de la primera habitación no encaja ni cierra bien, las de la terraza tampoco cierran bien. Las almohadas deberían lavarlas cada cierto tiempo también ya que estaban con manchas y no las pudimos usar, por mucho que le pongas la funda… no es higiene.
