Thanks to its elevated position, the apartment is bright and surprisingly quiet, representing the ideal base for those who want to experience the Milanese dynamism with the guarantee of a peaceful rest. The space has been designed to combine convenience and comfort in a functional environment, perfect for solo travelers, couples or traveling professionals.
The entrance opens onto a well-organized living area where a comfortable double sofa bed defines the relaxation and sleeping area, completed by the television. The kitchenette is fully equipped with gas stove, oven and microwave to allow you to prepare meals in total autonomy. The modern bathroom has a shower and washing machine, ensuring everything you need for a carefree stay even for medium-term periods.
Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, heating and an iron. Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning, but the upper floor promotes good natural ventilation. An important note concerns accessibility: the elevator works only with a key located inside the apartment; therefore, at the first entrance it will be necessary to use the stairs to reach the fourth floor, a detail to be taken into account in case of mobility difficulties or heavy luggage.
