APARTMENT ILDY
The luxury apartment Ildy is located in an ideal, top location, in the center of Labin, close to everything.
This is really something special: luxury apartment in the city center in a quiet location with front and back garden, large terrace, private parking and only 15 minutes drive to the sea and beaches.

It is equally good for those arriving by car and guests arriving without a car (with a plane at the airport Pula or Rijeka -Krk).

Everything you need is very close to apartment:
Green market, shop, bakery, butcher, fish market, caffe bar, restaurant – 300 m
Big shopping center – 300 m
Bus station and local bus going to the sea – 200 m

If you prefer and want a wild and secluded bays and beaches, only 10 - 20 minutes by car from the apartment you have a lot of wild bays and beaches that only locals know and there are no large crowds.

For all my guests I prepared special, original prospectus. With this prospectus you can reach all this hidden and wild beaches, but also many beautiful places, towns and cultural sights in our area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche hier sehr gut verbracht. Der Vermieter hat uns toll begrüßt und uns jederzeit mit Tipps unterstützt. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, Einkaufen direkt um die Ecke, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Wir wurden von Ronald sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps und hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus ist schön und zweckmäßig, doch für meinen Geschmack zu voll gestellt. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist dringend geboten, im Land und Leute besser kennen zu lernen. Besonders nett war, dass wir auf Grund eines Buchungsfehler unsererseits noch einen Tag länger bleiben konnten.

Ferienohnung in guter Lage

Ronald hat uns persönilich empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Garten. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in die Altstadt von Labin läuft man 10 Minuten. Nach Pula ,Rovinj oder Porec fährt man ca 1Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Labin . Der Kontakt mit Ronald lief völlig problemlos und er hat uns bei allen unseren Anliegen unterstützt. Auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank für Alles.

Gute Lage für Selbstversorger,Markt in unmittelbarer nähe.Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz,alles notwendige vorhanden.

Erster Urlaub in Instrien

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Roland hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und uns alles erklärt. Auch haben wir sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgeben erhalten. Das war sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Markt und kann dort alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen. Man ist aber auch super schnell im benachbarten Discounter. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und durch die Klimaanlage auch angenehm zu temperieren. Auch die Größe passt gut für eine 4köpfige Familie, wie wir es sind. Da wir oft gekocht haben, hätten wir noch ein paar Kochutensilien gebrauchen können. Es ging aber auch so. Zum Strand muss man allerdings immer mit dem Auto fahren. Das war wegen der Parkplatzsuche etwas nervig. Wir haben aber immer einen bekommen (großer Parkplatz Girandella). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My family for many years rented apartments in Labin, Medulin and a villa in the heart of Istria, in the small village Zudigi. From the year 2022, we started renting our luxury apartment Ildy in the city center of Labin with a large terrace and garden 5km from the sea.
