4 bed with hot tub and views over the nature reserve

Thankyou Richard for admiring its location and yes you are quite right it is beautiful and spacious. To address your concerns so others are able to understand what actually happened and understand there are two sides to every story. Richard was very rude from the outset messaging me within 10 minutes of his arrival on my mobile at his disappointment with the house rules even though they are on the site at the time of booking, the following day he sent a message about the kitchen chairs saying one of them was broken but in a very rude sarcastic manner, I went around the same day and repaired them but Richard wasn’t satisfied so I purchased new ones with an extra two just in case When I took these around Richard greeted me with a list of things that he wasn’t happy about There were no hooks in the bedrooms or bathrooms even though there are towel rails and clothes rails or wardrobes, regardless as I want people to enjoy staying at our home it was an easy fix so I got and fitted them the next day, I repaired the bathroom locks, he let me know one of the rings on the new induction hob wasn’t working but didn’t mention the lack of power in the others and said for me not to worry as I wouldn’t be able to get anyone round before he left which I have now replaced and also repaired the wooden kegs on the sofa. The shower head holder is funnel shaped and was twisted around the wrong way, had it been mentioned I would of turned it 180 degrees so it was the right way? Unfortunately, very occasionally things do go wrong but as always, we respond in a professional and speedy manner, so we minimise any stress caused. At no point have I given any indication there is a dishwasher but as always now this has been brought to our attention, I may fit one in the future and then I will add it to the list of things available at the house. The house is newly refurbished with all new fixtures and fittings but occasionally things do go wrong but and as superhost on other sites we take great care in our properties and of our guests, but I believe some people are out to get something for nothing through repetitive complaints. Richard then decided to follow all of this up with abusive texts after I gave him a lower review. Thanks Richard, a very classy touch.
