Location: sky-earth house on three levels located along the famous Costarella, the historic fishermen's staircase that connects the historic center of the town to the beginning of the seafront. Just 150 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the beautiful beach Spiaggiola!
Included in the price is a beach umbrella and two reserved sunbeds at the La Stella Marina establishment, easily reachable on foot, starting from June 1st.

Entrance floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
Upper floor: double bedroom - bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: second living room with access to the wonderful garden overlooking the sea.
The house enjoys an exclusive location and a wonderful sea view from all rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
The price includes:
- rent
- consumption of water, electricity and gas
- 24 hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
