Country house apartment

A beautiful apartment at the center of the idyllic little town of Lixouri. The apartment is at the top floor of our country house in Cephalonia. It has two balconies with a unique sea and mountain view where you can enjoy your local ‘cephalonian riganada”. It can accommodate a family of 4. The house consists of a master bedroom, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Parking is easily accessible at the side road. It is situated at the main road of the village, hence local shops, supermarket, bakery are all within walking distance.
At Lixouri or “piccolo Parisi” as called by the locals you can stroll around the narrow, paved streets and feel the vibe of the locals with their unique spirit. Keep your ears open for sweet music or songs coming out, music is in the air, in the culture, even in the way people speak!
Walk your way to Iakovatios Library, which comprises rare book collections, manuscripts, Byzantine and post-Byzantine icons. For an exquisite beach scenery, you can drive to Petani beach, featuring crystal clear waters, rather wavy most of the times. If you have children, we recommend Xi Beach or Mega Lakko, red sandy beaches featuring warm and shallow waters.
As the island of Cephalonia is quite large and there are so many amazing places to visit we suggest that you have a car during your visit.
Having a good knowledge of the area we also provide concierge services for free in order to set up a schedule so as to fully enjoy your stay at Casa Mimi and getting the best out of your holidays. We are happy to help you book local tours, taxis or car rentals.

We provide bath towels and sheets on arrival. Porter service on request, daily cleaning service on request, bike rental on request. Cost of cleaning services, renewal of bed sheets, towels is determined upon request.
The apartment is at the 2nd floor. Need to mention there is no elevator.
