Sea-View Villa w/ Garden & Beach

This freshly renovated first-floor villa apartment offers the perfect balance of spacious comfort and seaside charm. With two sea-view balconies and a private garden, you can enjoy golden sunrises over the Ionian Sea and peaceful evenings surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. Whether you're sipping espresso on the terrace or relaxing in a hammock by the beach, this serene setting is designed for total rejuvenation. The villa is part of a tranquil, low-density complex with direct access to a private sandy beach.

Located just 10 meters from the sea and a short walk to the heart of Santa Caterina dello Ionio, the villa is a gateway to Calabria’s most captivating sights. Explore historic villages like Badolato Borgo and the picturesque streets of Soverato, or take scenic drives to cultural treasures like the Certosa in Serra San Bruno and the ancient churches of Stilo. Nature lovers can venture to the I Giganti della Sila for forest hikes and panoramic views, or enjoy horseback riding right on the beach.

Dine just 600 meters away at cozy trattorias serving traditional Calabrian dishes like ‘nduja, handmade pasta, and fresh seafood. Pets are welcome too—take your furry companion on coastal walks, forest trails, or let them play freely in your private garden.
