This idyllic place in the Mallorcan countryside will allow you to discover the beauty and comfort needed for an unforgettable vacation. It has capacity for 8 people.
The property is completely fenced and boasts a large garden area with lawn, trees and plants. The terrace features a beautiful chlorine pool of 7 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.9 metres, where you can cool down. There also are 10 sun loungers where you can relax while admiring the views to the fields. The parasols will be perfect to enjoy a good reading under the shade. You can organise exciting matches of tennis table with your family or friends. You will find a barbecue and a table with chairs under the porch so that you can enjoy your evenings alfresco.

Inside, the spacious living-dining room is equipped with 3 comfortable sofas to watch Astra TV (mainly German channels, and some in English and French) or a DVD movie. The kitchen features all you may need: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge and much more. You will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house offers 4 bedrooms in total so it is perfect for groups of friends or families. On the main floor you will find a bathroom with a tub and a double bed room. Then, upstairs we have another bathtub bathroom and 3 more bedrooms: one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub and access to the terrace; and two bedrooms with twin beds. The 4 rooms in the house have a closet and air-conditioning. An if you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Inca is about 3 km away from the house, a quiet town in the centre of the island with all services where you will find all you need for your stay like supermarkets, bars, all kinds of restaurants, shops, bakeries and the well known street market that takes place every Thursday from 7 centuries ago. The most interesting places to visit are the three churches from the 13th century, the monastery of Sant Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa magdalena, located at the top of a little mountain declared of natural interest and an excellent lookout of the whole island. The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa that you will reach in about 30 minutes by car.
