Stay in this wonderful apartment in a top location in Roquetas de Mar with your family. There is a private terrace where everyone can enjoy the surrounding views while sipping your favourite cuppa of coffee or tea.
The apartment's wonderful location allows you to explore the nearby surroundings like game enthusiasts can head to a golf course 300 m away for fun and frolic. The sea beach is 750 m away where you can bask under the sun. A day trip to Santa Ana Castle 3.8 km away is quite possible or spend time in Castor Park 1.3 km away with your kids.
This 1st-floor apartment has a nice living room where you can watch a flat TV screen on the double sofa bed or seating area. There is a dining table for enjoying delicious meals prepared in the open kitchen. The heating will keep the house warm indoors whereas the air conditioning will keep the indoors cool in the hot and humid climate. For your entertainment, the complex has a swimming pool, garden, and tennis court which you may use.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
