This apartment, located in a privileged area of Portopetro, welcomes 4 guests.
There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the apartment while contemplating the extensive communal gardens. This area is also ideal for lunch or a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which is on the ground floor, is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, which has air conditioning, a smart TV, satellite channels and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook in comfort. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. A fan is available for your use. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located near the small coastal village of Porto Petro (Santanyí). Specifically, it is located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for lovers of paradisiacal beaches. In fact, you can walk to 5 beautiful unspoiled beaches, the first one only 25 meters away, and to the Natural Park of Mondragó. This is really an ideal place to enjoy the most authentic and natural Majorca.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

Wonderful family apartment.

July 2024. I stayed at the apartment for a week with my elderly Mum, Aunt and 8 year old son. The sat nav got us straight there, 50 minutes easy journey, just took a while to actually find the apartment in the complex as we arrived at 11pm. We had hired a car as it is quite remote. Once in, we put the air con on, very efficient at cooling us down. Beautifully clean and tidy. The flat had everything we needed - dishwasher, Aircon, plenty of white towels and bedding, and the terrace which was mostly in shade. Fab for our needs. WiFi, smart TV and lots of plug sockets around. Full size fridge freezer, washing machine, and cleaning stuff and dishwasher tabs. The beat bit about this flat is it's location and proximity to the most wonderful inlet cove. Literally 4 minutes walk. However, it is down a very rocky path, down a hill and is rough underfoot. Not suitable for prams, wheelchairs or people not fit enough to get back up the hill. Only 5 mins back up, not too steep, but rough ground. There is a couple of other beaches around that you can more easily get to, but a car ride away. 15 mins drive from Cala d'Or and only 5 mins from Porto Petro. Good restaurants and ice cream parlour! Definitely recommend and we had a wonderful time.

[+] Le calme de la résidence logé dans la verdure. L'isolation thermique du logement. La proximité immédiate d'une superbe crique et de 2 plages. La terrasse suffisement grande. [-] Il manque de couverts pour faire le roulement. Et les casseroles et poêles sont trop petites pour 4 personnes.

Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage, nahe am Meer. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Terrasse wunderbar schattig. Einwandfreie Abwicklung. Ausstattung in Ordnung, hat aber alles, was man so braucht (inkl. Waschmaschine). Badezimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - aber alles sehr sauber.
