The Hosts Nedo and Kristina are married for 45 years and moved from the Netherlands after living there for more than 40 years. They are native to this country and are warm and welcoming people. The culture in Montenegro is known for their hospitality and openness. Hygiene and cleanness is the top priority next to providing the best possible experience for our guests.

The property is located in a very quiet ambient location just outside of city center Tivat. We offer mountain views and complete surrounding of nature, bird chirps and in the spring and summer a cool and relaxing breeze just a complete ZEN experience. We received feedback from guests that they really enjoy the quiet and yet so close to the City and Sea. We have a large barbecue situated on a terrace that is available for all our guests. We have free parking spots.

In the neighborhood you will find a beach called Kalardovo Beach located about 450 meters from our property you can go their by car or walking (which is preferred) You can enjoy the beach and they have a pretty good restaurant (lunch). 5 km further away you have the city center Tivat where you will find really good traditional restaurants, steak houses to pizza's and traditional kitchens. Yacht marina Porto Montenegro has a really cool shopping center its a must see! 5.5km away you'll have Kotor (old town) which is a must see!
