The Grove Villa is located in the gorgeous fishing town of Kalkan, featuring 3 en-suite bedrooms, a private pool and a stunning roof terrace with uninterrupted views over the bay.

The villa has been relaunched under new owners for 2022 after extensive renovations and redecoration. Each bedroom has a private en-suite and has been decorated to the highest standard.

The villa is laid out over three floors; the ground floor is an open plan living/dining space with double doors leading to the garden, pool and bar. The master and twin bedroom are located on the first floor and both have access to the balcony. The third bedroom is on the top floor and has access to the private roof terrace. Both the master and the top bedroom have king beds and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The outdoor space has multiple seating options with areas of both shade and sun throughout the day. The pool has step and ladder access and sunken bar seating.

The Grove is located in the Ortaalan district of Kalkan, below the D400 and within walking distance of Kalkan town and the harbour.

Myself and my girls stayed at the grove june of this year! It was amazing! The hosts were lovely, made the best recommendations and ensured our stay was incredible. Even letting us check in early and leave late due to our flights which not many hosts are kind enough to do! The villa had everything we needed included the things we didnt think about: speakers, towels, beach bags and and more! The bar was absolutely perfect for us in the evening! The pool was unreal we had so much fun. We would walk into town for dinner most evenings and taxi back up the hill. Perfect as it was so secluded but not to far away! We all want to come back next year and stay again. Such a reasonsble price for a family/friend holiday. One of the highest recommendations I could make!

Fabulous villa in Kalkan - stayed for 10 days but wish it could have been more. Decorated amazingly inside and had a fantastic pool to lounge by in the daytime. Nice bar to have a few drinks at nighttime too. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kalkan.

Tasteful villa

Spacious, clean, well equipped all round lovely villa. Our week was so relaxing and Kalkan was amazing. Easy, inexpensive taxi ride to the town if too hot to walk and restaurants and bars galore! We'll be back!

Beautiful villa!

The villa is just as listed on here and is off a very high standard. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean and all bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The pool is lovely and monitored every morning before you’re even up! The tiki bar was a huge hit and we used it a lot. Being on the higher side Of the valley, you get a lovely breeze which is very welcomed in the heat of the day. It’s a steep walk down into town which is fine but I wouldn’t advise doing it if you have mobility issues. There’s plentiful taxis you can call to pick you up if needed and easy to get for the return! Kalkan is a lovely town with some great rooftop restaurants and bars - we definitely recommend Tempus restaurant and the Black &Gold cocktail bar!! Really lovely stay!

Simple Lovely

Our second time in Kalkan and the villa was everything we hoped and expected. The villa was a perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teenagers) the pool was well used and essential as was the tiki bar. Communication with Amy, Sharon and the team was faultless, easy and a pleasure and we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Villa - perfect for a family holiday

We had a fabulous 12 day stay at the villa. We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 17 and 18. The villa is stylishly decorated, spacious air conditioned rooms with super comfy beds and linen. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There are multiple places to enjoy the amazing view from the bedroom balconies and out by the pool. There are plenty of loungers, daybeds and cushions for relaxing by the pool with large parasols for the much needed shade. The communication before we arrived was great. We had a contact to look after us while we were there if needed, recommended day trips, water deliveries and food deliveries. The pool was cleaned daily early in the morning and the villa was cleaned mid stay. Kalkan is a gorgeous boutique resort- lots of choice for restaurants and beach clubs. Good for older children and young adults.

Family holiday

Absolutely perfect for a family holiday with parents and young adults . Rooms all ensuite, living space well set out, beautiful villa easy walking distance into Kalkan and a cheap taxi back up the hill ( not far but quite steep hill when hot Taxis every few minutes) . Host brilliant sorted shopping and transfer s pre stay .

The Grove-August 2023

This is a fantastic spacious villa and has everything you need for a great holiday. All the bedrooms have en-suites and the views from the bedroom on the top floor are stunning. The property was very clean and well equipped, Sharon the property manager was excellent and resolved any queries very quickly and booked us a couple of excursions too. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again soon.

great view

This is a very good villa which is well equipped and has a great view of Kalkan. The pool is superb and really welcome on Kalkans always hot days. The local dogs paid us a visit every day and are very friendly, don't feed them as they are well fed already. The hike up to the villa is steep and we tended to get the cheap taxis back after dinner. As always Kalkan has innumerable choices for dining. A few new locations have opened since our last visit a few years ago to accommodate the every increasing number of visitors, although the area still remains uncrowded and very friendly. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful

Stunning villa, all that we wanted and more. The host was really helpful and whilst out there, Sharon looks after the property out there, she was a real help especially when we needed to visit the medical centre. Having someone out there who knows the area and system, is a real asset. Would certainly recommend 😊

Amazing stay at The Grove

The Grove has exceeded all our expectations, the villa was beautifully decorated, great location, with just perfect views of Kalkan. Sharon and Rami the maintenance team are excellent, so helpful and really looked after us and were on hand for everything. The town centre is 10 mins walk down a steep hill, and we just got a taxi back as less than £3, shops restaurants are in walking distance. The villa has everything you need, iron, hairdryer, towels for the pool, washer, bbq, literally a home from home. We absolutely loved our 2 week stay and will definitely be coming back…. Thanks to Amy and the team for a great holiday, your Villa is perfect. Special thanks again to Sharon and Rami x

Excellent in every respect

We have stayed in Kalkan many times before and new pretty much what to expect from Kalkan. This was probably one of best visits due to the quality of the villa and the support provided by the Management team, Sharon and Rami, who managed to resolve a couple of minor issues very quickly in addition to sorting out several activities during our stay. The villa is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Beautiful views from all rooms and pool area hardly overlooked by other villas. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Lovely summer holiday in Kalkan

Lovely 2 weeks spent in the villa with my husband and 3 kids, 13,10,8. Villa beautiful, modern, spacious, clean, great AC, nice pool and beautiful views over the bay from the pool and the front bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Well maintained throughout our stay. Distance wise less than a mile into town but quite steep hill and dirt track roads. We had a car as we wanted to explore the surrounding area so would often drive nearer to town in the evenings. Lots of lovely restaurants, supermarket, shops nearby. Beach bars good fun and lots of place to explore by car. Has a lovely 2 weeks in the property and would definately return.

Gorgeous Villa 💙

We had a fantastic stay in Amy's beautiful villa in Kalkan. It's beautifully styled throughout, really well equipped and with a gorgeous pool at the perfect temperature! It's a slightly hilly walk down into the old town & harbour/beach clubs and back up again, but with cheap taxis this shouldn't put anyone off as the views from the villa are stunning - perfect for star gazers too. Sharon and her husband Rami, who maintain/manage the property on Amy's behalf, were super helpful and able to provide some great recommendations as well as help with a couple of queries we had while we were there. The correspondence with Amy before and during our visit was also brilliant, friendly and super helpful. All-in-all we had a really great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Amy's lovely villa. Would love to return there one day 😊

Geweldig verblijf

Leuke woning, mooi verzorgd, goede locatie. Je hebt wel een auto of scooter nodig om je te verplaatsen. Rami heeft ons heel goed geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles en tot de volgende keer.
