Big apartment 300m marina and beach:
The apartment of 100m2 is in the center of l'Ametlla de Mar next to the beach and restaurants, 45km from Port Aventura and 30min from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with views of the port from the terrace. The three bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

A very dated apartment

The apartment was big and a nice location. But very dated . The ceiling in the bathroom had damage, as did the sofa, dining room chair and 2 patio chairs. We reported immediately after arrival, they will come and have a look, but nothing will be repaired. In one of the bathrooms the tap kept leaking, causing mold to develop. The damage was incalculable and had been present for a long time, which felt very unpleasant.

We rented an apartment for a month. Everything was great. We did not immediately figure out how the heating works, but the owner helped and as a result it was very warm in the apartment, even in December.By the way, the internet is super fast :)

L'appartement est bien situé. Il se trouve à proximité de la plage et du port et à côté des bars et restaurants. Il est grand et bien agencé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit port de pêche. Ferran nous a bien accueilli et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.
