This vacation rental presents a spacious 4.5-room apartment spanning 100 m2, located on the 2nd floor on the east side of the building, and is ideally suited for a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private WC and shower, as well as 1 large children's room situated on the gallery level, where the maximum room height is 140 cm. The living and dining room is equipped with satellite TV, and the entire apartment benefits from wireless Internet connectivity, keeping you seamlessly connected throughout your stay. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and a fondue set, ensuring every comfort of home. All apartments in the building feature underfloor heating, and the house is served by a passenger elevator for added convenience. An additional bed can be arranged for the apartment. Parking is available at the property on a chargeable basis. Upon arrival, and following payment of the obligatory Visitor's Tax, which is not included in the rental price, you will receive your "SaastalCard," granting you total holiday freedom throughout the Saas Valley. In summer, the tourist tax is charged from CHF 7.00 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child per day, while in winter the applicable rates are from CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child per day.
