Spectacular property and enthusiastic property manager. However, numerous text messages were not answered. Hot tub only functional about half the time we were there. The first time the hot tub was not functional, the property manager came right away to fix it; the next time he ignored our messages for 2 days. The house is in need of repairs. The downstairs AC is not working. There is no functioning coffee maker or microwave. The downstairs shower tap is broken and the upstairs toilet button is broken. There was a lot of dust on trim boards. The plates, cutlery and cooking utensils were the cheapest possible. Overall the property in an amazing location seems to have been neglected. The instructions for garbage were not given for 2 days although there was a threat in the listing that guests would be financially penalized if they didn’t follow the convoluted instructions. Finally, trash and recycling wasn’t taken away as the property manager had advised. Animals got into garbage and made a mess that we had to clean up even though we followed instructions provided by the property manager. This should be addressed. Overall we had a lovely time despite adversity which is not really desirable on vacation
