Enjoy two private terraces: one glazed with translucent glass and garden furniture for relaxing, and another uncovered perfect for outdoor meals under the sun. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a fresh and comfortable environment at all times.

The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
