Guests will be sole occupants of the property have and full use of the ground floor as described. The upper floor is not included.
Other things to note
Note for parents: This is a family home which is great for kids but please note: The patio is raised a few feet from the lawn, there is a small pond, wood piles, compost heaps and a tool shed. Just keep this in mind for your young explorers!
