Communication with host was excellent. We chose to hire bedding and the beds were made up for us in advance which was very helpful. The caravan was very clean, you could smell the freshness when you walked in.The van was easy to find and is in a lovely quiet corner. Not overlooked and felt very private. The people who own the van next door were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and I am really fussy about this so it was a pleasant surprise for me.We were provided with phone numbers to call if there were any problems. We reported a lightbulb not working in the bathroom and it was replaced very quickly. There is a nice little garden with table and seating. It is a shame we didn’t get chance to use it because it rained every day, Even though there is a club, playground and pool, we found the site very peaceful. Some things in the van were a little dated which is why I have given 4 stars rather than 5. However overall it was a pleasant place to stay.
