We have stayed at the villa in August. Positives:. Location is great. Literally 4 minutes walk to the beach via direct pathway . Beach area is superb. It features number of beach bars, water is of great quality (clean, warm and waveless). Near villa on the upper side - enough variety of tavernas, coffee shops, grocery shops (I would recommend Joy and bakery across). There's one parking slot for the car reserved. Villa pool is excellent and clean. Great outside area in villa with BBQ at the pool. Ping pong tableNegatives (in the random order):. Google map link to the location was given wrong. It was very much stressful to find it by ourselves (by luck we found it). Before that we were stuck in our car on very steep and narrow street in the wrong place. Two air-conditioners were out of order (it was fixed afterwards). Main air-conditioner in the living area was intentionally switched off (we were told it is the policy whatever it means?). Electricity system went bust (fuses). It was loud and dangerous (it was fixed afterwards). Basement part of the villa is awful. Smells bad. Moisture caused mold. Impossible to stay. Shower in the basement didn't work. It was not fixed. . The container for garbage is located is far away on the narrow street with no pedestrian pathway 400 m away.Conclusions:. Overpriced (to pay for it 800 usd per day - is not worth it).. Not recommended by me.
