A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Haus ist eigentlich recht ok, ein bisschen feucht, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, ABER es war einfach alles dreckig und nicht geputzt. Wir kamen also nach Stunden langer Fahrt dort an, mit drei Kindern, alle müde und fanden das Haus dreckig vor. Also begann unser Urlaub damit, dass wir erst einmal 2 - 3 Stunden mit zwei Mann putzen mussten. Ich habe mich daraufhin bei DanCenter (Vermieter) beschwert, leider erhält man bis auf ein paar Floskeln und Emails, die überhaupt nicht auf das Problem eingehen, keinerlei konkrete Antworten. Es wurde nur mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass wir auf eine Antwort hätten warten müssen, sprich wir sollten so lange in den Scharmhaaren und dem Dreck warten, bis sie sich (am Folgetag übrigens) gemeldet haben. Da wir nicbt gewartet hätten, sondern den Siff selber weg gemacht haben, könne man uns in keinerlei Weise entgegen kommen. Meiner Meinung nach Kalkül! DanCenter: NIE WIEDER!!!!
